Introducing our French Chef, Manny Mascrier










Bio:

​​Coming from a family of food lover grand father had a restaurant in Paris father had a bakery pastry shop blocks away born and raise in my grand father kitchen my only road was to go to culinary school in Paris for three years and add an extra year for charcuterie traiteur, during time in culinary school my teacher Master Chef  Le Goff  was also the chef at the intercontinental hotel in Paris witch he took me under his wings ,send me to London for the hotel grand opening, after my time in the military, a visit to my parents who move their bakery to Florida, love it, ask my transfer to Miami has a banquet chef, after a year was hired by Sofitel hotel as executive sous chef traveling with them to different location in  the states, got an offer from the French Embassy in DC move and stay for 9 years during that time, did different events for my friend who was the chef at the White House, state dinners private an official function, meet different Presidents.

 Was offer an opportunity to take on a cluster of hotels in Alexandria where  I stay for 4 years before joining Sodexo where I stayed for 10 years, Marriott International headquarters, International Monetary Fund where I was Regional Culinary Director. I love Cooking, this is a passion for me.
